Shipping policy
Shipping dates/times:
We have found that shipments get delayed/lost the most on weekends and holidays. For that reason we only ship on Monday-Thursday. Excluding any holidays. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Shipping corals:
live animals comes with risk. Here at NorthStar we strive for every package to arrive to your doorstep in the same condition we shipped the package out in. However some things are just out of our hands. If a package is damaged, destroyed or lost North Star will cover the cost and re-fulfill the order/ a full refund.
Arrival: North Star will NOT ship packages to anywhere when the wether will not allow the contents of the package to live; you MUST bring the package inside and get in contact with us with in 2 hours of the packages delivery time. Failure to do so will Nolan void the DOA. If there is any problems or questions, please contact Northstar
