Refund policy
At North Star we try our very best to take care of the live animals that we keep and sell, however sometimes corals don’t ship well or the shippers fail to take care of the packaging. If your shipment comes in and a coral is dead you MUST take a picture of the coral with in two hours of delivery date and send us the photo still inside the sealed bag. In this case we will issue a full refund OR replace the order including shipping. For any questions please contact NortStar.
